Team Profiles Board of Directors Ignacio Valenciano Ignacio Valenciano Title: Architectural Designer, Director History: After graduating as an architect, in 1992, he founded and is the CEO of Grupo ILAA, a consulting firm. Over time he has delved further into Costa Rican design styles, with broad experience in tourism, commerce and residential aspects. Participation: Founding member of “SEB” an organization based on the value of solidarity, which is dedicated to providing assistance for street children. Education: Major in Architectural Design, Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica.
Dan Globerman Title: Construction and Development Director History: Mr. Globerman has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, developing high quality units. Actually he founded a new general contractor company for construction business in Guanacaste, Spanish Bay Estates, S. A., which is developing high quality projects in the North Pacific shore. Education: M.I.D., Rhode Island School of Design.
Juan I. Mas Title: Chief Executive Officer History: After graduating as an Attorney at Law and Notary, he founded the Mas Romero Law Firm in 1996, an office providing legal services in real estate, commercial, and environmental law and other areas. Participation: Founding member of “Fundación McKee”, an organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of domestic animals. Education: LLM in Environmental Law, International Cooperation University.
